Amy Diamond is a Swedish pop singer who became famous when she was just 12 with her debut single "What's in it for Me". Apart from being a singer, she is also a popular actress in Sweden.

About
Early Life
Amy Diamond was born on April 15, 1992 in Norrköping, Sweden to an English father and a Swedish mother. Earlier on her life she had tried figure skating where she won several gold medals in competitions. And also went on to enroll in dancing and theatre school. But her love for music was never gone out of sight, at about 8 years young she had her first public performance at a local talent show singing "Heaven is a Place" from Belinda Carlisle. Diamond participated in several more competitions before she was discovered in a recording studio after winning the Mix Megapool Idol.
Record Deal
There in the studio she was offered a commercial record deal by Bonnier Amigo Entertainment and immediately released her debut single "What's In It For Me". The single was a huge success that led to releasing her debut album This Is Me Now on 2005. Similarly the album also became a hit and by mid 2006 she went on a concert tour around Sweden and appeared on numerous TV shows.
By early 2006, she had also begun recording her second album Still Me Still Now, which was also very successfull selling copies worth a gold certification just two days before the official release.
A third album is currently being recorded for the artist.
