Alphabeat is a Danish Pop band which happens to be signed to the record company Copenhagen Records. Their first single fascination was a big hit it was a colourful video shoot but saying that all of there video shoots are colourful and make you want to listen to more.

Alphabeat is Danish pop group from Silkeborg. Currently they are signed with Copenhagen Records who also released their debut single Fascination, where it was a major hit in the United Kingdom. Subsequently, their second single "10.000 Nights of Thunder" saw equal success and was again repeated for the third time with their third single "Boyfriend".
With their distinction of having great male and female combinations, they have attracted major record labels worldwide and eventually wound up with EMI in the UK. And with the successes they have, they gained reputation and good praises from media, music reviews, as well as fans from around the globe.

- The band was previously named Sodastar but this was changed to avoid confusion with a German band.
- The band was offered to play as a warm-up for the Spice Girls during their reunion world tour 2007-8, but declined the offer.
