After The Storm is the third studion album on American R&B singer Monica. The album featured the batch of Missy Elliott-produced songs as "Get It Off", "So Gone", and "Knock Knock" where it provided a bulk of the most exciting material,.

After The Storm was released in the United States on June 17, 2003 by J Records. Several tracks including "U Should've Known Better", "Ain't Gonna Cry No More", "I Wrote This Song", "Breaks My Heart" and "What Hurts The Most" where all carried over from her album All Eyez On Me which was scrapped after the failure of its first single for an early leak on the internet.
"So Gone" reached the number 10 spot of the Billboard Hot 100 while "Knock Knock", "Get It Off", and "U Should've Known Better where all top 20 hit. Later on, the album was certified gold by RIAA on 2003.
