A Fine Frenzy is a female songwriter known as Alison Sudol. Her debut album, One Cell In The Sea was released in July 2007. She was the cover of the song "Let It Snow" in Starbucks Christmas album compilation.

A one man show, A Fine Frenzy (Alison Sudol), was born on 1985 in Seattle. At the age of 5 years old, she moved to Los Angeles with her mother. Alison learned how to play the piano and shortly started writing her own compositions. She made a demo out of her works and sent them out to record labels. Capitol Records was impressed and offered her a deal.

Alison opened for other artists such as Strangely Enough and the Stooges. She chose the stage name A Fine Frenzy came from Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. In 2007, A Fine Frenzy released her debut album, One Cell In The Sea.
